This exquisite pendant, crafted by Sajen and marked 925 Sterling Silver, showcases a beautifully carved representation of Lord Ganesha (the Hindu God of Wisdom, new beginnings, and remover of obstacles).  The centerpiece is a richly colored, deep red jasper carving, set within an elegant sterling silver frame.  Two striking rectangle-cut, faceted garnets sit at the top bale and one at the base.

Condition Note

Please review all photos carefully.  The pendant is in excellent vintage condition.  All gemstones, including the two faceted garnets and the central carved Red Jasper, are securely intact within their settings.  Please note a very small chip located on the reverse side (backside) of the Red Jasper carving, specifically on one of the Ganesha's arms. This imperfection is not visible from the front and does not affect the wearability or the overall display of the carving. (Reference the included image for visual confirmation of the front-facing condition). The 925 Sterling Silver frame shows a light patina consistent with age and gentle handling.

Artistic & Symbolic Value

This piece is more than just jewelry; it is a piece of wearable art and spiritual significance. It makes an exceptional, meaningful gift for anyone celebrating a new venture, seeking wisdom, or appreciating fine spiritual and gemstone jewelry.

Collector Appeal

Certain figural carvings by Sajen, like specific animal/deity carvings (like the Ganesha), often become more desirable as they are retired and become harder to find in good condition.
